We accept senior high school graduates for positions that do not require a diploma. These are usually clerical or data entry positions. We also accept fresh graduates from universities and colleges.
It highly depends on your personal profile, skills, and previous experience. It’s a case to case basis and we respect the fact that you have previous experiences while in school that might be relevant to the current position you are applying for.
We love your enthusiasm in applying for the #COolestWorkplace. However, please keep in mind that we will only process 1 application per 1 person. We will send you a response email for each application but please just apply for the position you think suits you best.
- The easiest and fastest way you can apply is through our careers website. After browsing our website, you can click the apply for the position you like. From there, you will see a list of the qualifications and responsibilities of the position. Once you decide to apply, click the apply button on the bottom of the page. It will lead you to an application form. Fill up the necessary information you need, click apply, and wait for our recruiters to contact you. Sounds easy enough right?
- You can also apply through job portals. We understand that you might find our listed positions in websites such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, and Indeed. Just follow the necessary steps on each specific site and you’re good to go! Your application will also enter our system and will be reviewed by our recruiters.
- It’s also possible to send your resume via email at recruiters@clarkoutsourcing.com. You can use this format in the subject line: APPLICATION FOR THE ROLE OF [Name of Position]. You also don’t need to send a cover letter. Please just include your name, position, most updated copy of your resume and your Skype Live ID.
We might accept walk-in applicants for clerical positions such as housekeeping, and admin safety custodians where an online interview does not need to be recorded.
Meanwhile, it’s different for non-clerical positions. We will accept your resume however we might still need to schedule an online interview on a separate day. Most of our people are located in different parts of the world and in different timezones. We would love it if we can all easily connect in the digital space hence online applications are preferred.
All of the positions on our careers website have a small option at the bottom of the page. Click the link ‘or refer someone’ and it will lead to a form. Our employees can just fill in the necessary information and click the refer button.

Our recruiters will contact you via email to give you the status of your application. Please make sure to only use one email to contact our recruiters. Regularly check your email regarding any updates about your application.
You will then receive a text message and phone call from our recruitment team regarding your initial interview.
Once confirmed, our recruiters will ask you to prepare your Skype Live ID so they can easily give you updates regarding the status of your application.
Lastly, interviews are usually conducted through Google Meet and Zoom.
You can first expect a pre-screening interview via phone call where our recruiters will ask you for your availability and confirmation to proceed to the initial interview.
Once you confirm, our recruiters will contact you via Skype Live ID and send you 10 pre-screening questions. Once you agreed to answer, we will now proceed with the initial interview. The initial interview will be between you and our recruiters. You can expect to be asked about basic information regarding yourself and your background. This is to ensure that you applied for a role that matches your profile.
Once you receive an email that you have passed the initial interview, our recruiters will ask you to answer a basic assessment test and skills test. This is just to check the level of knowledge you have in relation to the position you are applying for.
If you pass the initial interview, you will be contacted to attend a validation interview with our Quality Assurance Specialists. This interview is to gauge your compatibility with not only the position you are applying for but also for the team and client you will be working with. In some positions, you will be asked to do other skills tests wherein you have to do roleplay calls. You might be asked to re-enact how you speak to clients or customers just to test how you handle being on call.
Other positions will require a different skills test. You will be asked to showcase your knowledge and expertise when it comes to using tools and software related to the job.
Lastly, once you pass, you are now ready to enter the final stage of the process. The final interview will be with the future client that you will be working with. The client will usually ask you to confirm all of your knowledge and expertise regarding the position and just how well you can communicate. It highly depends on the client and position but some final interviews might be three levels.
Our recruiters will first extract your data from our website and email to ensure we don’t miss out on a single applicant.
Once your resume is on hand, our recruiters will now review your resume to see if you match the qualifications of the position you applied for.
Our recruiters will work swiftly on your application. Itt usually takes 24 hours after each interview and skills test to know the result.
Our recruiters will constantly give you updates via email and Skype Live ID regarding your application. You can just send them a message on both platforms.
The results and schedule of the final interview might take a bit longer than the previous ones. This could be for varying reasons such as time difference or screening of other applicants.
It also depends on how long you will take to finish all the basic assessments and skills tests.
To give you a definite timeline, the whole process will take 1 to 2 weeks.
If you’re applying for a managerial position or tech role, it will take 2 to 4 weeks.
You can expect an update within 24 hours regarding a new schedule of the interview.
If you were not able to attend the interview on the actual day, you can just send us an email at recruiters@clarkoutsourcing.com.
No matter what stage of the application, the moment you submit your resume in our system, our recruiters will send you an email within 24 to 48 hours.
If you’re already at the interview stage of the selection process, you can ask for updates from our recruiters via email or Skype Live Id.
If you have been rejected for a position, our recruiters will send you a formal update via email. Please regularly check the email that you attached on your resume.
To make sure we won’t miss a thing about your application, kindly send us an email via recruiters@clarkoutsourcing.com and use this format in the subject line: FOLLOW-UP Name
Please make sure to regularly check your emails since our recruiters will give you updates within 24 to 48 hours.
Once you’re already in the interview process, you can simply message our recruiters through Skype to ask for updates regarding your application.
You can still apply and be re-profiled for another position that might suit you better.
Once the result of your final interview is out, you can ask your recruiter to re-profile you after 48 hours for another position.
Our recruiters will now send you a form that you will have to fill out with some necessary personal information.
Afterwards, you will receive an invite for a Job Offer Discussion via Google Meet.
If you agree with the contract, you may now sign our Job Offer Letter!
All the details regarding your compensation and job description will be written in the contract so make sure you read everything.
Once you sign, our onboarding process will begin!

The shuttle picks up employees from Main Gate every 30th minute of the hour. It will then go to our main office so our CO peeps can start their shifts.
Meanwhile, at the end of your shift, the shuttle will only wait every 10th minute of the hour so our CO peeps can go home early. It will drop off employees at Main Gate.
We have two shuttles one is a County Bus and the other one is Travis.
